In this full-day, interactive workshop actual peer to peer interviews will be conducted, recorded, broken down and dissected in real time to provide in the moment feedback that will enhance your interviewing skills (both as an interviewer and and as an interviewee) and improve your hiring process. Think of it like an athlete watching film as he or she works on perfecting their craft.
Whether you are an individual actively interviewing for your next job, the owner of a small business ready to grow your team or the hiring manager of a fortune 500 company, this workshop is for you. If your company already has a hiring and interviewing system, great! The tools you will learn are tangible, can be put into practice immediately and will support and strengthen anything that you or your company already has in place.
